Course/Module description:
Pedagogical innovation has many aspects. The great opportunity inherent in it is the ability to develop learning from an inner drive.
Pedagogical innovation seeks to treat the student as a whole, taking into account the reality in which we live and is therefore committed to being relevant.
We at 'Ipcha' train teachers in the art of skill-based pedagogy. During this course, the students will tutor pupils (Grades 1st to 10th) in obtaining knowledge utilizing this method while learning and implementing reflective tools.
We will explore new pedagogical theories in our center’s new learning space and environment, and will learn planning and assessment tools tailored for the contemporary teacher.
Throughout the course, the students will develop practical training tools and skill-based on their gathered experience.

Course/Module aims:
1.To train the teacher as a 'pedagogical creative' skilled at combining theoretical and practical tools into a comprehensive curriculum.
2.To learn and practice skill-oriented pedagogy.
3.To develop skill-oriented assemsent tools.
4.To introduce different pedagogical models.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
1.To lead a classroom using Innovative teaching methods.
2.To build skill-based study units.
3.Fully breakdown two skills, allowing teachers to employ this breakdown in their lessons and tailored to their classroom. To provide an in depth understanding of the stages from definition through evaluation tools.
4.Practice classroom characterization.
