Course/Module description:
In this seminar , students will meet leading researchers in the social sciences, law, and social work. The researchers will present them to answer three questions: What was the challenge of the research they conducted? How they overcame it and what were the sources of their inspiration in finding a solution? What are the implications of research on Israeli society / society / public policy? This course was born following the decision of the Civil Service Commission, which sponsors the program cadets civil service, choose non-research track program nevertheless will present research concerns students and the ability to distinguish between types of studies to evaluate methodologies and decide what is proper and desirable preparation of research and publication. The seminar will bring together students, incidentally, with leading researchers at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
