Course/Module description:
In this course we will addresss different aspects of management that are relevant in the field of occupational therapy, including the combination of being a professional and a manager, perspectives and paradigms of management, and tools for managing a team

Course/Module aims:
To provide the students with knowledge related to basic concepts in the area of administration and organization behavior, while focusing on the individual and the group within the organization.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
- Develop an understanding of perspectives of management
- Display insight into organisational situations
- Enhance self awareness in terms of personal styles of management
- Acquire tools for team management
