Course/Module description:
This course focuses on introducing aspects of activity and associated concepts for acquiring skills of basic task analysis and occupation based tasks thought developing tools for grading and adapting tasks
Course/Module aims:
1. To introduce students to the multidimensional aspects of activities and the reciprocal relation between associated concepts
2. To provide students with tools for basic activity analysis, and occupational based analysis
3. To provide students with tools to classify and suit activities
4. To provide students with tools to choose and design therapeutic activities
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
1. Identify, describe and define different activities
2. Investigate and analyse different types of activities
3. Plan and recommend activity adaptations
4. Develop skills for analysis and presentation of information
