Course/Module description:
Online lectures on selected introductory topics in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Course/Module aims:
Accumulating basic knowledge on core topics in psychiatry before the clinical clerkship during the fifth year

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
acquaint with basic concepts pertaining to common psychiatric disorders among adults and children and adolescents, principles of psychiatric examination, and main treatment modalities

Attendance requirements(%):
Going over the recorded lectures before entering the clinical clerkship

The psychiatric examination
Major psychiatric disorders among adults and among children and adolescents
Introduction to drug treatment and psychotherapy
