Course/Module description:
The course will take place within a "Hybrid" structure:
* Days 1&2 - Faculty; Day 3 - online (“Zoom”)
* Frontal lectures
* Workshops and “hands-on” practice
* Groups of 18 students, each mentored by an integrative physician; a non-integrative physician; and an integrative medicine practitioner
* Assignments: Videos + Exercises
* Reading material provided as well (optional)

Course/Module aims:
* Acquiring history-taking and communication skills
* Evidence-based information mining (e.g., herb-drug interactions)
* Experiencing Complementary Medical Practices:
- Herbal medicine
- Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Mind-Body Medicine
* Learning about Integrative Medicine Clinical Settings [Oncology, Surgery]

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Integrative Medicine (IM) skills (SK) to be acquired during the Hybrid course:
SK-1. Taking an IM History
SK-2. Talking to a patient with an "Alternative" health belief
SK-3. Referring patients to IM Service
SK-4. Assessing IM benefits
SK-5. Assessing IM risks
SK-6. Working with non-medical IM practitioner
