Course/Module description:
The course will focus on understanding basic concepts in law and ethics in nursing.
The course will discuss ethical dilemmas and examine models for their analysis, taking into account moral, professional and professional values, beliefs, principles and codes of ethics.
In the field of law, laws, regulations and binding work procedures will be presented, which are at the core of nursing practice.
Approaches to solving ethical problems / issues at the ethical and legal level will be presented.
Course/Module aims:
A. Acquisition of basic concepts and knowledge base on the legal components of the practice of nursing
B. Acquisition of basic concepts and knowledge base on the principles in the field of ethics and morality in the practice of nursing
third. Developing awareness and sensitivity to ethical issues in the field of nursing practice
D. Understanding concepts such as: professional responsibility, giving justice and making professional decisions and their significance for nursing practice
God. Familiarity with models for applied decision-making processes, based on the values of ethics and law
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:

A. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in nursing
B. Knowledge of principles and ethical codes in nursing

Definitions in the fields of law and ethics, ethics as expressed in nursing, conflict with a dilemma, the interface between the world of law and ethics
Relevant ethical and legal issues
