Course/Module description:
The course is based on three one-day long field trips and a few class meetings. The course is for junior undergraduate students. The subjects of the field trips will include (not all in one year) treatment of water and sewage, air pollution monitoring, river and stream restoration, solid and hazardous waste, recycling, fire damage, ecologic recovery and renewable energy

Course/Module aims:
Introduce the Environmental Studies undergraduate students to several major environmental problems

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
