We will define various classes of groups such as:
amenable, property T, sofic
...
and study their actions - both measure theoretic and topological.

Course/Module aims:
To learn about different kinds of groups and how their actions are similar and different from the classical Z-actions.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
