תאור כללי של הקורס:
קורס זה יציע לסטודנטי ההזדמנות ללמוד על מיניות, תפקוד מיני, אינטימיות, ועל יחסים מיניים שמושפע מהרצף בין ממחלה לבריאות, מרמת הפרט לחברה בכללותה. סטודנטים יעבדו נושאים מיניים בקבוצות קטנות ויהיה ההזדמנויות ללמוד ולעשות הערכה לבריאות מינית, לנהל שיחה מקצועית באשר למיניותה, ובצע פעולה בחינוך לבריאות מיני מבוסס ראיות.

מטרות הקורס:
כדי לתאר את העובדה שהמיניות של לקוח הבריאות כחלק בלתי נפרד משלו / בריאותה

כדי לזהות את חוסר התפקוד המיני הנפוץ של גברים ונשים
•
כדי לתאר את ההשפעה של מחלות ומוגבלויות כרוניות על מיניות ואינטימית
•

כדי להעריך את דפוסי התנהגות מיניים כחלק ממודל של מניעת מחלות המועברות במגע מין או הריונות לא רצויים

תוצרי למידה :
בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים:
א. לתאר בצורה לא שיפוטית את המגוון הרחב של הביטוי המיני באדם.
ב. לתאר את מיניות המטופל כמרכיב בלתי נפרד מבריאותו, ולבקש אישור מהמטופל לנהל עימו שיחה על הנושא. אם המטופל מסכים, לכלול שאלות על התפקוד המיני בשגרה של הערכת המטופל.
ג. לזהות את ההקשרים הקליניים המתאימים ללקיחת היסטוריה מינית.
ד. להסביר את המרכיבים הביו-פסיכוסוציאליים והתרבותיים של מיניות ואינטימיות.
ה. לדון בתפקיד והתרומה היחודיים של הרופא לגישה הרב-תחומית לבריאות מינית.
ו. לתאר נושאים הקשורים למיניות ואינטימיות בגברים ונשים לאורך רצף החיים.
ז. לתאר בעיות נפוצות בתיפקוד מיני בגברים ובנשים.
ח. לתאר את ההשפעות של מחלות כרוניות ונכות על מיניות ואינטימיות, ולדבר עם המטופל על הקשיים בתפקוד המיני השכיחים במחלתו או משניים לטיפול שהוא מקבל.
ט. לנתח את ההיבטים הביו-פסיכוסוציאליים ואת בעיות הבריאות הנפוצות בקהילת הלהט"ב (לסביות, הומוסקסואילים, טראנסג'נדרים וביסקסואלים).
י. לזהות הגורמים בתפיסתו האישית של המטפל שיכולים להשפיע על יכולתו להתייחס למיניות מטופליו.
יא. להעריך דפוסי התנהגות מינית על מנת למנוע מחלות מועברות במגע מיני או הריונות לא רצויים.
יב. לזהות מגעים מינים כפויים ושל אלימות מינית
