Practice of chromatography methods studied in 73521 (pre-requisite for this course)

Course/Module aims:
To exercise the lab methods

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Plan experiments including the chromatography methods
Determine purity level of protein
Solve problems of zone spreading
Solve problems of protein identification

Practice of
absorption,reverse-phase,ion exchange,gel filtration,chromatographies
Electrophoresis of proteins Western blots and identification by immunoassay.
