Beef cattle breeding in Israel and abroad: Herd management, breeding for production, calving management, breeds of cattle, pasture herd management, precision technologies in pasture. Fattening cattle in feedlot, production and efficiency in the feedlot.
Course/Module aims:
Learning the essence of beef herds in Israel and around the world. Management and production in extensive operation in pasture and intensive operation in the feedlot.
