The Israeli law state authorities,basic constitutional) laws, the administrative process,civil rights. The supreme court of justice.
Course/Module aims:
basic knowledge of Israeli law, state authorities, constitutional law and the supreme court of justice. Basic legal understanding, and ability to analyze legal cases
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Memorize the basic structure of the Israeli legal system and adminitration.
Memorize the basic provisions of the relevant statutes
Memorize the principals of the relevant statutes and entire legal system.
Analyze court judgements
Analyze cases according to the law and court judgements.
