Course/Module description:
Growing of aromatic plants for various purposes,and understanding of their production processes and yield components. The aroma factors in plants, the chemistry, biochemistry physiology and technology of essential oils and oleoresin production and their components, the environmental and developmental factors affecting on their yield and quality. Bioactivity of essential oils and their components. The trends of the R&D of aromatic crops,and the potential of GMO.

Course/Module aims:
Introduction of the Aromatic crops production.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Familiar with various subjects with regard to Aromatic crop pordution
