Course/Module description:
Management of forage crops in semi-arid environment.

Course/Module aims:
Study the physiological basis of forage crop production in accordance with aminal feed needs.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
To understand the integrated system of forage and animal production.

8.Effect of harvest management on forage yield and quality
9.Major forage crops in Israel (wheat, maize and Alfalfa)
10.Forage preservation technology
11.Nutritional aspects of forage
