1. Learning about different ways to reduce the computational cost of NLP.
2. Learning "soft skills" about research, publishing, reviewing and more.
3. Proficiency in reading academic papers.

1. Read, understand, and criticize advanced NLP papers.
2. Present different aspects of papers in class.
3. Communicate and understand ideas about efficiency.
