Course/Module description:
The workshop will deal with selected issues in international transactions in the global era. As part of the workshop, the business and theoretical background and legal tools used in international transactions in prominent fields of activity will be presented, including fields such as mergers and acquisitions, high-tech, technology, project financing (energy and infrastructure), antitrust, intellectual property, and litigation. Students will also be given the opportunity to analyse international transactions in these fields while complying with the legal, practical and regulatory aspects involved. Students will also learn to analyze activities and transactions in various sectors, including energy and infrastructure, Fintech, Med-Tech and Cyber.

• Know basic legal and commercial concepts in different types of transactions;
• Understand the basic principles of an international transaction; and
• Analyze and apply basic and complex legal elements in an international transaction.

K. Final lesson which will be taught and held by Adv. Amnon Epstein and other partners from Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) law offices, in their office at Yigal Alon (Alon Towers II), 36th floor, Tel Aviv.
