Course/Module description:
The course surveys the rules and doctrines of administrative law, gives a critical view of judicial review and looks at comparative and theoretical dimensions of administrative law

Course/Module aims:
Students will be familiar with the rules and doctrines of Israeli administrative law and will be able to asses legal questions in this field

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Understand rules and doctrines in administrative law; be able to critically asses rulings and the relevant literature; be familiar with the relevant comparative law; understand the theoretical and philosophical underpinnings of administrative law.

Teaching arrangement and method of instruction: frontal classes (lecturer and TAs)

Course/Module Content:
Introduction; authority; administrative procedure; administrative discretion; theoretical aspects; economic administrative law.
