In the seminar we will learn about the legal principles pertaining to inheritance in Israel. We will learn about jurisdiction concerning to inheritance and wills; inheritance according to principles of law; Capacity in the sphere of inheritance; Withdrawal from inheritance; Wills-appropriate forms, validity; Interpretation of wills; Wills in cohabitation; Mutual wills; Maintenance from the estate.
Course/Module aims:
A deep analysis of legal principles and legal doctrines pertaining to the rules of inheritance and wills in Israel.
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
understand in a deep manner the principles of inheritance and wills in Israel, and the major legal doctrines in this sphere.

Second, Third class: inheritance according to principles of law.
fourth class: Capacity in the sphere of inheritance, Withdrawal from inheritance.
Fifth Sixth, seventh class: Wills-appropriate forms, validity. Ninth, Tenth class: Interpretation of wills; Wills in cohabitation; Mutual wills.
11th class: Maintenance from the estate.
12th-14th class: Lectures of students.
