Course/Module description:
Fundamental principles of administrative law including the legality doctrine and the concept of administrative powers; administrative procedures and the principles of natural justice; administrative contracts and promises; judicial review; the jurisdiction of the high court of justice and the administrative courts and access doctrines.

Course/Module aims:
The course aims to provide the student with fundamental principles of administrative law.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
