Course/Module description:
The seminar will include discussion in the following: regulation; public choice, theoretical foundations of judicial review, the relations between democracy, property and constitution, privatization, socio-economic rights and the development of judicial review in the economic field

Course/Module aims:

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Submission of a seminar paper that demonstrates theoretical knowledge and an ability apply this knowledge on the specific subject of the paper.
