Course/Module description:
The Israeli Execution (Bailiff/ Debt-collection) System is a unique system responsible for the execution of judgments. The Execution System in Israel have been changed during the last years and the course attempts to reflect this changes, academically and practically.

Course/Module aims:

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:

1. Structure of the Execution System in Israel
2. The authority of the Registrar of the Execution
3. Basic principles of the Execution process (constitutional, good faith and proportionality)
4. opening a file (different types of files, Warning, Section 84)
5. Monthly payments and capability investigation
6. Multi Liability - file consolidation and section 77
7. Alimony
8. Claiming "I paid"
9. Receivership - 3 classes total
10. Receivership - Continued
11. Receivership - Continued
12. 29th amendment
13. Foreclosure, Delaying departure from the country, Section 83, etc. and appeal procedures
