תאור כללי של הקורס:
מטרת הקורס היא לסקור היבטים תיאורטיים ביקורתיים, השוואתיים ודוקטרינריים של יסודות דיני קניין רוחני, מידע וטכנולוגיה. הקורס ישלב בין דיון ביקורתי בצידוקים השונים, המונחים ביסוד דיני הקניין הרוחני, לבין דיון במקרי בוחן - CASE STUDIES מחיי המעשה. לצד דיון בצידוקים המסורתיים, כגון צידוקים כלכליים, תיאוריית האישיות ושיקולי צדק והגינות, הקורס יידון גם בגישות חדשות, בתחום הקניין הרוחני, כגון, צדק חלוקתי, ניתוח כלכלי-התנהגותי וגישות ביקורתיות למשפט ותרבות.
