Course/Module description:
The course is designed to familiarize students with the procedure of civil litigation.

Course/Module aims:

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
On successful completion of the course students will be familiar with the process of litigating a civil matter.

On successful completion of the course students will be familiar with the different phases of civil litigation, and with the rules governing each of the stages.

1. Overview of civil proceedings.
2. Different civil procedures.
3. Jurisdiction (local).
4. Jurisdiction (international).
5. Summary Judgment.
6. Intermediate injunctions.
7. Preliminary procedures.
8. Estoppel.
