Course/Module aims:

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Students will be able to better understand the processes involved in the tender process, to identify failures in the tender process, to know how to treat faulty bids, to know the principles of the tender design.

Course/Module Content:
The public tender principles and objectives, the duty to perform tenders, exemption from the duty to perform tenders, the tender design, the tender committee work, how to deal with flawed proposals, the tender decision, changing the terms of the contract after the end of the tender, the tender from the perspective of game theory, the tender from a psychological perspective.
