Course/Module description:
A collection of 13 meetings with diverse experts in the field of forensic sciences, including: forensic evidence in the eyes of the judge, advocate and investigator, polygraph, questioned documents, arson, and open issues in forensic analysis.

Course/Module aims:
Expose the students to a range of subjects in forensic science.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
General understanding of evidence collection and their acceptance by the legal system.

Teaching arrangement and method of instruction: lectures

Course/Module Content:
Lectures will be delivered by experts in each field on the following subjects:
Forensic evidence in the court room.
Forensic evidence in the Jewish law,
Arson crime scene investigation;
Biometric analysis;
Investigation and forensic evidence;
Open issues in forensic evidence;
Environmentalforensic evidence;
Anthropolgy and face recognition;
Questioned documents;
Polygraph
Fingerprint comparison
