תאור כללי של הקורס:
בקורס הזה יודרכו הסטודנטים והסטודנטיות בכתיבת עבודות אמפיריות בכלכלה פוליטית. במסגרת הקורס נדון בנושאים נבחרים של כלכלה פוליטית (כגון שיעורי פריון ומיסוי, כסף ובחירות, כלכלה וביטחון, וכדומה). הדיון יתמקד בתיאוריות כלליות וביישומים אמפיריים וניסויים הן בישראל והן במדינות אחרות.

מטרות הקורס:
מטרת הקורס היא להנחות את התלמידים/ות בכתיבת עבודת מחקר מקורית בכלכלה פוליטית

תוצרי למידה :
בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים:
להבין את המודלים העקריים בכלכלה פוליטית. לנסח שאלת מחקר בתחום זה, לבנות בסיס נתונים מתאים ולנתח את שאלת המחקר בצורה אמפירית.
