תאור כללי של הקורס:
יועצי ניהול טוענים כי הקשבה טובה מאפיינת מצליחנים (לדוגמא "שבעה הרגלים של אנשים אפקטיביים במיוחד" של קובי, סיימון סינק). במקביל, נבנה גוף מחקר שמציג השלכות חיוביות משמעותיות של הקשבה טובה בהיבטים רבים בעולם העבודה ובכלל.
בקורס פרקטי זה, אני מזמינה את הסטודנטים להעצים את יכולת ההשפעה שלהם דרך הקשבה. נעסוק בהבנה קוגניטיבית של הקשבה, נתרגל ונשפר יישום הקשבה ונחבר את הכישורים לעולם האמיתי ולסיטואציות קונקרטיות בעבודה (ובחיים).

מטלות הגשה במהלך הסמסטר: תרגילים / עבודות / מבדקים / דוחות / פורום / סימולציה ואחרות % 100
מידע נוסף / הערות:
ההשתתפות בקורס הינה פיזית בכיתה בלבד ולא ניתן להצטרף וירטואלית. ההקלטות יכללו את המצגות התיאורטיים בלבד ולא את ההתנסויות.
ההערכה בקורס כוללת 3 אלמנטים: 1. נוכחות חובה. מאחר והקורס הוא קורס פרקטי, יש להשתתף ב- 11 שיעורים לפחות. היעדרות ממינימום השיעורים תוריד 4% מהציון לכל היעדרות. 2. שיעורי בית שבועיים: בכל שבוע תתרגלו משימת כישורים רכים קצרה, ותמלאו עליה שיקוף. יש לקבל ציון "עובר" בכל השיקופים. הגשה מאוחרת של יותר משיקוף אחד תוריד 4% מהציון. 3. ניתוח של חמישה מאמרים בנושא הקשבה והגשת דו"ח מובנה וממוקד על כל מאמר. איחור בהגשה יוריד 4% מהציון.
