The Course will provide knowledge in reading and analysis the Company's financial statements, for the purpose of its valuation. In addition, the course will deal with the various valuation methods.
Course/Module aims:
The course is intended to provide the student with knowledge in valuing companies on the basis of their financial statements.
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
The student will acquire knowledge and expertise in the analysis and valuation of companies on the basis of their financial statements. The student will get to know number of company valuation methodologies.
