Course/Module description:
The Lafer Center colloquium hosts lectures by guest speakers that take place every two weeks and deal with a variety of academic topics related to gender.
Course/Module aims:
Colloquium goals include the expansion of knowledge in the field of gender and the development of an interdisciplinary perspective; acquaintance with various academics engaged in gender; development of a dialogue between the participants and the creation of a learning community around issues dealing with gender.
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Expected outcomes of the colloquium are the enrichment and broadening of participants' horizons in the academic field of gender studies in Israel.
