Course/Module description:
The Laboratory of Verbal Information Processing studies through extensive experimental work the cognitive and neurobiological processes involved in statistical learning, and second language literacy acquisition.
Course/Module aims:
Acquiring basic experience in conducting research in this area.
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
To understand the principles and methodologies involved in this research area.
To learn to plan and conduct a simple research project.
To perform statistical analyses of experimental results, andto summarize the findings in a brief research report.
