Course/Module description:
The workshop will focus on unmediated encounters between groups and between identities in conflict. The workshop will include an experiental component alongside processing and conceptualization. During the course we will make acquaintance with different models of intergroup encounter (the contact hypothesis model, the confrontational model and the narrative model), and we will engage in a dialogue on various aspects of the conflicts that affect our lives.

The dialogue will take place between the various and conflicting identities in the group. Accordingly, we may experience one or several of the following identity-encounters: The Jewish-Palestinian encounter, the Sepharadic-Ashkenazi, The encounter between religious and secular people, between veterans and 'Olim', between women and men, etc.

Course/Module aims:
enabling processing of the intergroup conflicts that affect our lives through introduction to dialogue-models, and mainly through encountering the 'Other' and reflecting upon ourselves.
