Course/Module description:
Experience in planning process on national scale, through practical work: analysis of existing situation, formulating vision and goals, alternatives evaluation and formulating an outline plan.

Course/Module aims:
• Understanding the national planning system, and the main challenges and issues reflected in it.
• Experience in national planning process: gathering data, analysis of existing situation, formulating vision, goals and objectives, experience with programmatic aspects of the planning process and land demands.
• Dealing with various constrains and uncertainty in national scale.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
• To gather and analyze relevant data for planning in national scale.
• To formulate vision and goals, and translate them to guidelines, and to policy tools.
• To formulate program and translate it to land demand and to spatial planning
• To present the planning products clearly, frontal and written.
