Acquaintance with the pottery vessels of the Land of Israel from the Late Roman and Byzantine Periods, their functions, distribution and date. We will learn methods of analyzing, processing, and publishing pottery

The students will be able to identify common pottery from Late Roman and Byzantine assemblages from various regions in the Land of Israel and will know how to read a ceramic report
