Course/Module description:
This course will explore the 14th century, a period known for the many environmental, social, religious and political crises. Using a zoom in and zoom out approach, we will understand the social and historical implications of crises and the ways different social groups contended with them.

Course/Module aims:
Reading primary and secondary sources and situating them in broad methodological and chronological framweorks, formation of research questions and the planning of academic writing

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Build a historical argument using primary and secondary sources. Oral and written presentation
