Course/Module description:
The course focuses on the latest developments in the status of women in the Arab modern world as reflected in Arabic texts of different genres (articles, stories and blogs).

Course/Module aims:
The goal of this course is to help students be familiar with the latest developments in the status of women in the Arab world.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
At the end of this course, students will be able to read and better understand the status of women in the Arab world.

Texts and articles will be distributed in advance via Moodle.
