Course/Module description:
This course deals with the delicate human fabric that exists within schools; Benevolent, inclusive and empathetic relationships between the various factors strengthen the sense of belonging and ability, increase motivation and the level of happiness and satisfaction.

Course/Module aims:
In the course we will deal with the place of students within the school system, comparing the public and the special system.
In the place of the teachers as the ones who lead the education and teaching within the schools. We were exposed to the different approaches between schools in relation to the degree of autonomy given to teachers, the level of attrition and/or satisfaction.
The degree of involvement of parents in schools has undergone many changes over the years, the place of parents and the extent of their influence on the process is also affected by a broader educational concept and other factors that we will deal with.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
The course will provide an understanding of the relationships within the schools between students, teachers and parents, the existing policy, challenges in the field and possibilities for the future.

• Who are parent meetings for?
• Between intervention and partnership
