Course/Module description:
We will examine our ability to innovate in this field, to develop learning from internal motivation, to treat the student as a whole person, to take into account the reality in which we live and the ability of pedagogy to be relevant. At "Puente" we train teachers in skill-based pedagogy. During the course, the students will accompany students in creating new knowledge and summarizing the learning process while introducing reflective tools. We will delve deeper into pedagogical processes by working in the innovative learning spaces of the various innovation centers in the city, we will meet with various teachers and experts, we will get to know models of innovation in second language acquisition, and we will deal with evaluation tools and planning tools relevant to the contemporary teacher. The course is a practical course in which the students will develop pedagogical tools themselves based on their experience throughout the semester.

Course/Module aims:
1. We will get to know different pedagogical models and teaching practices.
2. Getting to know the needs of the learner and the needs of the teacher.
3. Training the teacher as a pedagogical artist who creates the teaching from the philosophical base stage to practice.
4. Introduction and experience in skills-based pedagogy, including the breakdown of the desired skills and behaviors.
5. Use and development of assessment tools for skill-oriented purposes.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
1. To teach e a class with innovative teaching methods.
2. Development of skill-based teaching units.
3. Breaking down at least two skills, so that teachers can use this breakdown, in order to build their own lessons adapted to their class. The breakdown will be done from the definition stage to the stage of various evaluation tools.
