Course/Module description:
The students will be introduced to the basic concepts in the discourse on the 21st century (such as 21st century skills, deeper thinking, inquiry, and computer-supported collaborative learning).
They will be introduced to diversified technological tools and their pedagogical potential.

Course/Module aims:
The students will be introduced to the basic concepts in the discourse on the 21st century (such as 21st century skills, deeper thinking, inquiry, and computer-supported collaborative learning).
They will be introduced to diversified technological tools and their pedagogical potential.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
1. along the course students will participate in several activities, such as finding digital tools and examining their potential, examining use ICT-fused units (as traditional or innovative ), and practicing peer learning , programming in Scratch
2. they course final project is the development of an ICT-fused' learner-centered unit

3. 21st century schooling (personalization, CSCL, peer learning) recent pedagogical reforms
4. learning theories underlying the 21st century pedagogy
5. ICT and pedagogy: traditional vs innovative use , LMS,
6. the teacher in the 21st century
7. web 2.0 (e.g., Wikipedia and youth informal learning in social media)
8. ICT fused activities
9. mobile learning
10. Scratch
11. a wise use of the internet
