Course/Module description:
The course will deal with the grammar of Classical Mandaic in the light of other Aramaic dialects, especially Jewish Babylonian Aramaic and Biblical Aramaic. During the semester we will read selected passages from the Ginza Rba, Qolasta and Draša d-Yahya.
