Course/Module description:
We will learn selected topics in Biblical Hebrew syntax from the synchronic and diachronic perspectives. Students will carry out guided research and present their findings.

Course/Module aims:
To teach selected topics in Biblical Hebrew syntax, and to acquaint students with a methodology and digital and print research tools in this field

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
1. Be able to understand the scholarly debates on a variety of topics in Biblical Hebrew syntax and evaluate each position’s advantages and disadvantages
2. Be able to carry out a research project on Biblical Hebrew using a variety of digital and print resources
