Course/Module description:
A basic course in Biblical Aramaic. The course presents the principles of grammar while reading BA texts.

Course/Module aims:
Familiarity with the Aramaic language.
Acquiring the basic grammar of Biblical Aramaic through texts reading.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Identify main structural features of Biblical Aramaic phonology and morphology.
Read and grammaticaly analyse selected texts in BA.
