Course/Module description:
Applied knowledge of Hebrew vocalization rules of Israeli Hebrew.

Course/Module aims:
The aim of this course is to provide skills for vocalization of Israeli Hebrew texts.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Students will be able to vocalize Israeli Hebrew text.

Grading Scheme :
Written Exam % 95
Mid-terms exams 5 %

Additional information:
The passing grade for the course is 80. If the course is retaken, the passing grade is 60.
The course is demanding and requires full attendance, practice during the lesson and at home, and independent review of the exercises against the solutions provided on Moodle.
At the end of the first semester, a midterm exam will be held. The grade will not be factored into the final grade, but anyone who does not take the exam will have 5 points deducted from their final grade.
Native Hebrew speaking is required.
