Course/Module description:
Complementary course to Harmony A. The course follows the syllabus studied in class by practicing the works in question as harmonic reductions played at the keyboard.
Course/Module aims:
The students will learn how to play chord progressions in a four voice chord scheme, whilst facilitating the principles learned in class. The teaching assistant will give feedback and guidelines to the students.
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Play chord progressions within a four voice scheme on the keyboard , thus implementing the theoretical principles studied in class in a "practical" manner.

Teaching arrangement and method of instruction:
The teaching takes place at the computer lab, where the students practice separately on their keyboards. The teaching assistant will assist and give feedback to each student individually. There will be a short exam each semester.
Course/Module Content:
Contents of the course will run in accordance with the syllabus of the main course that is Harmony A. That will consist of a repertoire of works from the European concert music of 17-19th centuries. There will also be some exercises derived from the class textbook.
