Course/Module description:
This course offers combined techniques for stage presence and acting. The course focuses on three aspects. The first is to examine dynamics among partners on the stage. Work on listening, initiating and responding in real time to create relationships and dramatic tension. Second - deepening the performers's inner world. Exercises to find a variety of personal expression abilities and to search for different sides in the performer. Third, examining space as a component of the performer's work. How is the performer influenced by space and how can he use it to elevate his presence on stage. Through these aspects we will delve into basic terms of action, emotion and will, while attempting to create spontaneous and individualistic expressive abilities.

Course/Module aims:

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
- To examine tools to enrich the actor's physical and emotional expression.
- To identify a points of strength and weakness in the performer.
- To examine ways to create changing relationships with a partner.
- To explore the inner world of the performer through stage exercises that test different qualities of characters.
- To build dynamic moments on your own, with a partner and i a group.
- To create a toolbox of acting and stage presence techniques to strengthen the player's work.
- To deepen emotional expression.
- The course consists of exercises done in the classroom, exercises prepared at home, and a practical graduation project.

- Partner vs. Partner - creating stage dynamics, dramatic dynamics, and changing structures of power.
- I'm alone on the stage - how to create dynamic moments on the stage alone.
- Status.
- Physical and dramatic actions.
- What is change on stage.
- How to work with emotion on stage in an honest and inspirational way.
- I'm not alone here - creating dramatic stage moments in a group.
- Break down the text - how to use text as raw material on stage.
