Course/Module description:
Practical study of phonetics, grammar and syntax of Yiddish

Course/Module aims:
Students would be able to read, write, understand and speak on a satisfying level.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Know the standard orthography of Yiddish, grammar, syntax, and be able to read sufficiently difficult texts.

1.Orthography
2.Noun declination: singular, plural.
3.Noun declination: cases
4.Verb conjugation: present, future, past, infinitive, imperative, participle, gerund.
5.Adjective declination, comparative, superlative.
6.Numerals
7.Adverb
8.Word order in a simple sentence
9.Word order in a subordinate
