Course/Module description:
We will encounter the major diwan-compilations of the great Hebrew poets of Medieval Spain.

Course/Module aims:

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
The students will encounter the major diwan compilations of the great Hebrew poets from Medieval Spain and recognize the methods of their compilations. The students will encounter the manuscripts of these diwans, and explore them as a source of understanding the culture of their copyists.

Attendance requirements(%):
