Course/Module description:
The course will entail a reading of texts (in Arabic) culled from the literature of classical Islamic mysticism and which deal with eschatological issues.

Course/Module aims:
1. The students will become acquainted with the literature of classical Islamic mysticism and with fundamental ideas of Islamic mysticism.
2. The students will become acquainted with different approaches to eschatological issues within the tradition of Islamic mysticism.
