Course/Module description:
In the seminar we will discuss the main thesis of Alain Badiou: Set theory is ontology, the link between subject and truth, the distinction between being and event

Course/Module aims:
Understanding Badiou's philosophy and its place in 20th and early 21st centuries continental philosophy

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Think better and if possible, to be loyal to truth.
