Course/Module description:
What are we asking, when we ask about the meaning of life? In the seminar we will attempt to understand this question, and suggest a possible answer, by exploring Tolstoy’s treatment of the subject.

Course/Module aims:

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
understand the notion of life’s meaning and Tolstoy’s position with regard to the question concerning the meaning of life.
